We have a large meeting room available to hire.
CHARGES
Included in the hire charges is
- The use of the meeting room
- use of bathroom facilities including a facility for disabled users
- Table, chairs and flipchart easel
- Power points, fans or heating dependent on climate
- Tea/coffee making facilities including use of crockery & cutlery
Tea/coffee/milk/sugar/water/juice can be provided for an additional charge.
Charges

£5.00 per hour and part thereof
- Statutory Organisations
£25.00 per hour and part thereof
- Commercial Organisations
£35.00 per hour and part thereof
Deposits
Hirers are required to pay 20% of the total of their booking eight weeks prior to the room hire or otherwise on application to ensure that the premises are reserved for the date or dates shown. Following this deposit the total balance should be paid four weeks before the room hire or on application if it is a short notice booking.
Hirers will be allowed 15 minutes before the let begins to set up and 15 minutes after the let ends to clear up.
People booking the room are responsible for setting the room up, arranging refreshments etc.
