They are nutritious and ideal for young children (and adults!) as they are packed with fruit which contain plenty of vitamins, minerals and fibre. They also contain Milk or yoghurt which is full of calcium to help bulid strong and healthy bones and teeth. How do you make them?
Then simply mix together and blend using a food blender, masher or whisk!

150 plain Yoghurt or milk Mix all Ingredients together in a blender until
Serves 3/4
Cut pear & apple into small pieces. Add to ice with milk then blend, serve and drink!
